This is the privacy notice for guesthouseolival.com, the information website for Guesthouse Olival in Gaula, Santa Cruz, Madeira. We keep it short because the site does very little with your data.
What we collect
At launch this website collects no personal data. There is no account, no contact form, and no newsletter sign-up yet. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard technical request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect against abuse.
Cookies & tracking
We set no cookies and use no advertising or cross-site tracking. If we add privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics in future, we will update this notice first.
If that changes
When we later add a contact form or an email enquiry option, we will only use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, and we will describe it here before turning it on.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what data we hold about you, and request access, correction, or deletion. Because we currently hold no personal data beyond hosting logs, there is usually nothing to act on — but you are welcome to ask.
